Closed Beta · July 1, 2026 · Founders Club open

Find the accounts running a stack you can beat. Pay only when the lead validates.

Source by signal or enrich your list. Either way, every lead trains your buyer model before it hits your CRM — not after. Day one useful. Month six: a model your competitors can’t replicate.

Bring a signal, or bring your list.

Same engine, two ways in. You only pay for leads that validate.

Route 1 · Intelligence sourcing → your CRM

Pick a signal — a tool, a category, a spend tier. The engine surfaces matching companies from 12M+ tracked, pulls the seniority-filtered buying committee, and routes verified contacts into your CRM. You build no list.

Route 2 · List enrichment ← your CRM or CSV

Upload a CSV or point it at a CRM segment. Get back the detected stack, recoverable spend, displacement angle, and fit band — written back or handed to you as an export.

One engine. Charged only on validated matches.

Every contact is email-verified and the stack confirmed before a credit moves.

No match, no charge. 3 credits for top-tier · 2 stack-aware · 1 contact · 0 for no match. Every valid pull trains your model.

You only pay for what validates.

Not a lead list. A precision model.

We catalog 486 tools with 451 priced. We detect 130,000+ replacement opportunities — companies with identifiable tool overlap, known pricing, and a cheaper viable consolidation path. We map 370,000+ company tech stacks. We cover 12M+ companies total. The question is not how many leads but how many precision targets.

130K+

Detected displacement plays

Companies with identifiable tool overlap, known pricing, and a cheaper viable consolidation path. We know which tool, the spend at stake ($650–$1,900/mo), and your angle in.

370K+

Tech stacks mapped

Real stack intelligence across our catalog. You know what they run, what they spend, and where the overlap is.

12M+

Total companies

The full universe. Raw contact data or precision stack intelligence with a known displacement angle.

Every account is winnable — one of two ways.

The engine tags every company it reads. When it detects a tool you can beat, you get the kill shot. When it doesn’t, it falls back to a play that still earns a reply. Either way, the lead isn’t dead.

Play 1 · Displacement — a beatable tool detected

The engine reads job posts and site copy — and surfaces a tool overlap you can displace: a duplicate SEP, a legacy CRM, a stack paying twice for the same job.

Models recoverable spendThe overlap you're paying for twice — anchored to 100k+ simulated stacks, labeled as modeled.

Drafts the displacement opener"The [tool] tax" — names the tools, anchors the savings, asks for 10 minutes.

Routes to your channelPush to CRM, open in LinkedIn, add to call list. Your intelligence, your motion.

High confidence

Play 2 · Complement — relevance + gap

No beatable tool detected — but the account is a fit. The engine pivots: models the gap in their coverage and frames a relevance play instead.

Models the coverage gapWhat's missing from their stack that you provide — relevance is the angle, not displacement.

Drafts the complement opener"The gap in your GTM stack" — calls out what they're flying blind without, skips the tool names.

Routes to your channelSame channels, same motion. Every account in the queue has an opener ready.

~100% floor — never a dead lead

The ceiling play when there’s blood in the water. The floor play when there isn’t. Together: a queue with almost no dead leads in it.

The lead quality nobody else is optimizing.

Most vendors check whether a contact exists. StackSwap OS checks whether the account has a reason to switch, consolidate, or buy.

Generic lead scoring. Or a model built on your data.

Every enrichment vendor sells the same scores to every customer. SS OS trains on your wins — fit scores get sharper every time you close a deal.

The old wayGeneric lead scoring
  • Same scores sold to every customer in your category
  • Fit scoring is static — it doesn't learn from your wins
  • Generic benchmarks that don't know your specific ICP
  • Outcome data dies in your CRM, never improves the model
  • Switching vendors is easy — because nothing compounds
StackSwap OSProprietary buyer model
  • Reads company stacks — who to target, and why
  • Scores fit against YOUR ICP, not generic benchmarks
  • Trains a buyer model on your actual conversion data
  • Gets more accurate every month as outcomes come in
  • On your own AI keys — your model stays yours

Bring your keys. The model is yours.

Don’t just enrich leads. Train your buyer model while you’re at it.

Every lead that flows through — Apollo, Clay, your CRM, or direct API — trains your buyer model on the full record. The moat isn’t the data. It’s what your data teaches.

Three steps. One compounding moat.

No migration. No rip-and-replace.

  1. 1

    Enrich

Connect any source — Apollo, Clay, your CRM, or the API. Every lead gets stack intel and a verified email added before it hits your pipeline.

  2. 2

    Score

Every lead gets a 0–100 fit score against your ICP — not a benchmark. Score includes the angle that opens the door.

  3. 3

    Train

Mark who converts. The model retrains on your outcomes monthly — and gets sharper for your specific buyers over time.

Your AI agents run the motion. Included in every plan.

Included AI agents handle stack detection, ICP scoring, buyer-model training, and opener drafting automatically — no extra subscriptions. They share one brain: the buyer model they train is yours, not ours.

The beta starts with the scoring loop.

One hosted app that reads stacks, scores leads against your ICP, and trains a buyer model you keep — on your own AI keys. The sandbox beta ships the two surfaces marked Live; the wider cockpit rolls in across the cohorts.

  • 01Live in beta

    Lead intelligence + fit scoring

Reads a company's real stack from job posts and signal data, infers monthly spend, and scores how well they fit your specific ICP — not a generic benchmark. Each score includes the why: what makes this a now-buy, what angle to open with.

  • 02Live in beta

    Your data, your model

Every lead that flows through SS OS — from Apollo, your CRM, a CSV, or the open API — trains your buyer model on the full lead record: company size, industry, title, seniority, location, tech stack, funding stage, growth signals, and your conversion outcomes. Not just the intelligence we add. Everything. Month 6, your model knows exactly who converts for you, in your market, at your price point.

  • 03Rolling in

    The revenue cockpit

Trial → activated → paid, MRR, churn risk, and the next play to run, in one view. It syncs your CRM; it doesn't replace it.

  • 04Rolling in

    Demand capture

Scored buying-intent signals, plus the names of companies quietly checking out your site — so you can reach them first.

  • 05Rolling in

    One pane for visibility

SEO audits + Search Console, GA4 analytics, and ad spend — under the same roof, instead of a row of separate dashboards.

  • 06Live in beta

    Buyer persona export

Export your trained buyer model anytime — JSON persona you own outright. It travels with you. The model only keeps compounding while you're pulling leads through StackSwap OS, but the snapshot is always yours. No hostage data.

What it doesn’t do

StackSwap OS is an intelligence and scoring layer, not a CRM replacement or a cold email platform. It syncs your CRM — it doesn’t replace it. The scoring and model training happen on your own AI keys, so your data stays yours. It’s in build now, sandbox beta access opens in small cohorts, and the waitlist is how you get in first.

Your model. No strings.

Export your buyer persona anytime.

Your trained buyer model is yours outright — export it as a JSON persona definition whenever you want. We’re not holding it hostage.

The model only keeps getting sharper while you’re pulling leads through StackSwap OS. Every lead trains it. You can leave — but you can’t take the compounding with you.

Partner links earn us a commission at no extra cost to you — it’s how we keep StackSwap OS in build.

Every lead pulled makes the model sharper.

Trains on the full lead record — not just stack intel

Every field. Company size, industry, title, seniority, location, funding stage, growth signals, detected tech stack, and your conversion outcomes. SS OS learns who actually buys from you — not just which stacks you can displace. Month 6, your model knows your ICP by firmographic pattern, not just tech footprint.

The training layer your lead source doesn’t have

Your existing data providers are the lead source — they feed SS OS. What they don’t do is train a buyer model on your specific win/loss records. SS OS wraps around whatever you already use and turns the output into a compounding asset you own. A model that gets more accurate every month — specific to your business, not the category.

Your model. Export it anytime.

The buyer persona you build is yours — JSON export, no lock-in. The retention play isn’t that we hold your data hostage. It’s that your model only keeps getting sharper while you’re pulling leads through StackSwap OS. You can leave — but you can’t take the compounding with you.

Hook it to your AI agent. Use it headless.

Every route in the SS OS dashboard is available via REST API. Your Claude project, your Codex pipeline, your custom enrichment workflow — pass a domain or company, get back the stack signal, fit score, and drafted opener. Credits pull from your account exactly as they do in the UI. Every API pull trains your buyer model too.

POST /api/enrich
Authorization: Bearer <your-api-key>

{ "domain": "northwind.io" }

Returns stack signal, fit score, verified contact, and opener draft. Credits deducted only on a validated match.

The honest FAQ

  • What does StackSwap OS actually do?

It reads a company's real stack, scores how well each lead fits your ICP, and trains a buyer-scoring model on your actual conversion outcomes — using the full lead record, not just the stack signals it adds. Month 1: standard fit scores. As your outcomes accumulate, the model retrains on your real conversions — not category averages — so fit scoring should keep getting more accurate for your specific ICP. Month 6: the model is bespoke to your conversion patterns.

  • Can it source net-new leads, or only enrich my list?

Both — the two routes. Sourcing: pick a signal (a tool, category, size, or spend tier) and it surfaces matching companies from 12M+ tracked, pulls the buying committee, and routes them into your CRM. Enrichment: bring a CRM segment or CSV and it adds the stack-intel layer, then writes it back or exports it. Pushes and pulls with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, Close, and Zoho.

  • When am I charged a credit, and what does "validated" mean?

Only on a validated match — a no-match is always free. "Validated" means the email is deliverable (NeverBounce single, MillionVerifier bulk) and the company is confirmed running the tool you set. You pay at the tier it validates into: top-tier stack intel is 3 credits, stack-aware is 2, a raw validated contact is 1, no-match is 0. You never pay for a bounce or a phantom contact.

  • Do I need to be technical?

No. Plug in your keys, pick your targets, and your AI agents do the work.

  • Is my data private?

Yes. It runs on your own AI keys — your leads, emails, and customer data stay on your side. Your leads and the model you train are yours: never sold, never handed to a sales team, never used to target your accounts. The only thing we keep is anonymized, aggregated patterns for reporting.

  • Will it replace my CRM?

No. It syncs your CRM; it doesn't replace it. Keep the system of record you already trust.

  • What if I want to switch a vendor later?

Swap it in a click. Changing your enrichment, sending, or AI provider is a setting — not a rip-out project.

  • How does pricing work?

A flat monthly base plus prepaid credits. Two plans — Starter $49 and Max $79 — both include the whole product; the plan sets your credit rate. A raw lead is 1 credit, full stack-and-spend intelligence is 2. Credits start at $1 and ladder down in bulk (as low as $0.50 on Max). No per-seat tax, no refunds, and credits never expire while subscribed.

  • When can I get it?

Closed sandbox beta starts July 1, 2026. Early access is via waitlist — beta users start training their buyer model before launch, so their model is months ahead of new customers when it goes live. Pricing will be announced at launch.
