Custom fields written back to Salesforce
SS OS writes stack intel to Salesforce Account records: ssos_detected_stack, ssos_fit_score, ssos_top_target, ssos_monthly_recoverable, ssos_enriched_at. Use these in Salesforce reports, list views, and workflow rules.
Historical closed/won data seeds the buyer model
On first connection, SS OS reads your Salesforce Opportunity stage history — Closed Won and Closed Lost — maps them to their Account records, and trains the initial buyer model from your real historical conversion data. No manual export, no spreadsheet.
Fit scoring in Salesforce reports
Once ssos_fit_score is a field on the Account object, you can build Salesforce reports segmenting pipeline by fit: which open opportunities are high-fit vs. low-fit? Which closed-lost accounts had a high fit score but didn't convert — and why?
Step-by-step
Connect Salesforce in SS OS and create the custom fields
Authorize Salesforce in SS OS settings. SS OS will prompt you to create the ssos_* custom fields on the Account object via the Salesforce API. Takes about 2 minutes.
Run Analyze CRM from your Opportunity history
SS OS reads your Closed Won and Closed Lost Opportunities and the Account records attached to them. It extracts firmographic patterns, industry distribution, tech stack commonalities, and title/seniority of your main contact — and trains the first version of your buyer model.
Enrich accounts via CSV or list push
Export a Salesforce account list (CSV) and upload to SS OS enrichment. Or use SS OS's Salesforce push: select a list view, click Enrich, and the results write back to Account fields automatically.
Use ssos_fit_score in Salesforce workflow rules
Build a workflow rule: if ssos_fit_score >= 75 and Stage = Prospecting, assign to your top rep and enroll in the high-touch sequence. Low-fit accounts skip the manual touch and go to automated nurture.
