StackSwap OS · Pricing · Pay per validated
Credit-based. Seats are free. You pay only for validated data.
A flat base gets you the whole product and sets your credit rate. Then you spend credits only on validated matches — 3 for top-tier stack intel, 2 for stack-aware, 1 for a raw verified contact, and 0 for no match. Add as many teammates as you want; seats never cost extra. You pay for truth, not attempts.
Founders Club: $99 secures 3 months of full access + 25% off the base for life. Founding Operators lock a lifelong founding rate.

The whole thing in three lines
Base, credits-on-validation, free seats.
The base gets you the whole engine and sets your credit rate. Credits are spent only on a validated match — a deliverable email and a confirmed stack at the tier you set. Seats are free, so the bill is the data you pull, not the size of your team.
You are charged on validation, not on attempts. No match, no charge.
Top-tier stack intel 3 credits · stack-aware 2 · validated contact 1 · no match 0.
The credit tiers
What a validated lead costs — and what you get.
A lead is billed at the tier it actually validates into, never higher. The richer the intelligence on the record, the more credits it costs — and a company we scan and return nothing on is always 0.
Top-tier stack intel · 3 credits
Named displacement angle + buyer-model fit 75+ + verified contact
Stack-aware · 2 credits
Known tool + category play + verified contact
Validated contact · 1 credit
Verified person + known company, no stack intel
No match · 0 — always free
We scanned, found nothing that fits your tier. Nothing returned, nothing charged.
Two plans
The plan sets your credit rate, not your features.
Both plans include the whole product — the full engine and the buyer model you train and keep. The only difference is the credit rate: Max buys cheaper credits and pays for itself past roughly 300 leads a month.

What you never pay for
The four things that never hit your bill.
Most data vendors quietly bill you for the attempt — the bounce, the no-match, the empty seat, the credit that expired. StackSwap OS puts the validation gate in front of the meter, so none of these cost you anything.
Every email is verified before a credit moves — NeverBounce in real time on single pulls, MillionVerifier on bulk. An undeliverable address never makes it onto your bill.
When we scan a company and nothing clears your tier, it costs 0 credits. No match, no charge — you keep what you paid for.
Pricing is credit-based, not per-seat. Add your whole team to the workspace; a bigger team means more people pulling from one credit pool, not a bigger bill per head.
Credits never expire while you are subscribed. No 30-day rollover trap, no minimum overage, no use-it-or-lose-it meter running in the background.

Questions
The honest pricing FAQ
When am I charged a credit, and what does "validated" mean?
You are charged only on a validated match, and a no-match is always free. "Validated" means three things are true before a credit moves: the email is deliverable, the company is confirmed running the tool you set, and the record matches your set tier and tools. StackSwap OS verifies deliverability at pull time — NeverBounce for single leads, MillionVerifier for bulk — a layer that TheirStack and People Data Labs do not provide. A lead is billed at the tier it actually validates into: top-tier stack intel (named displacement angle, buyer-model fit 75+, verified contact) is 3 credits, stack-aware is 2, a raw validated contact is 1, and a company we scan and return nothing on is 0. You never pay for a bounce or a phantom contact.
Why are seats free?
Because you pay for data, not chairs. StackSwap OS is credit-based, not per-seat — the bill is the validated data you pull, full stop. Add your whole team to the workspace; a bigger team just means more people drawing from one shared credit pool, never a bigger bill per head. That is the inverse of the incumbents, who tax you per seat and then bill credit overage on top.
What is the difference between the two plans?
Both plans include the whole product — the full engine and the buyer model you train and keep. The plan does not gate features; it sets your credit rate. Starter ($49/mo) runs standard credit rates; Max ($79/mo) buys cheaper credits and pays for itself past roughly 300 leads a month. Both ladder down in bulk: Starter floors at $0.65, Max at $0.50.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire while you are subscribed. There is no 30-day rollover trap and no minimum overage — what you buy stays yours as long as the plan is active. No refunds and no buybacks, but nothing burns down in the background either.
How much does a real run cost?
Slide the calculator on this page to model it against the live ladders. A raw validated contact is 1 credit, full stack-and-spend intelligence is 2, and top-tier stack intel is 3. With the base credit at $1.00 and bulk rates laddering down to $0.50, the blended cost per validated lead drops as you scale — and a no-match always returns at 0.
Is there a founding rate?
Yes. Founding Operators lock a lifelong founding rate. The Founders Club ($99) locks 25% off the base for life, on any plan, through every future price change, plus 3 months of full access up front. Closed Beta — Soon: closed sandbox beta starts July 1, 2026, and Founders get in first.

The rest of the picture
Pricing is the objection. The product is the answer — who runs the beatable stack, what it costs them, who to call, and why they pick up. Start on the platform page, then go deep on the engine.
The operators who only pay for data that checks out — and never for a bounce, a no-match, or an empty seat — keep their budget pointed at pipeline. The ones renting a five-figure floor for modeled guesses will keep wondering where it went. Secure your founding spot.
