Short: StackSwap is Nick French’s GTM engineering workshop for fixed-scope, client-owned software builds and independent products.
Long: StackSwap turns painful, expensive GTM workflows into focused software a client can own, update and operate without another permanent SaaS subscription. Nick documents the implementation proof, tradeoffs and operator lessons behind the work. The On-Demand Demo Room is the first productized build.
Founder.
Nick French is the founder of StackSwap. His background spans five years maintaining KC-135 aircraft in the U.S. Air Force and roughly a decade in B2B software, sales and GTM leadership. StackSwap combines GTM operating judgment, systems thinking, human observation and product engineering.
