Opener drafted at enrichment time
SS OS writes an opener for every high-fit lead based on the detected stack and displacement angle — specific to what that company is running and what you can displace. It arrives in Instantly as a custom field, ready to drop into your sequence {{opener}} variable.
Verified email before it enters the campaign
SS OS validates deliverability before a credit moves. Every lead that routes to Instantly from SS OS has a verified email address — which means your Instantly bounce rate drops and your domain reputation stays clean.
Fit score as a send-priority signal
Use the ssos_fit_score field in Instantly to sort your campaign queue. High-fit leads go to a manual-touch sequence; lower-fit leads go to a higher-volume automated flow. One enrichment pass, two tiers of follow-up.
No personalization research lag
The research that usually takes 3–5 minutes per lead (what do they use, what's the angle, what's the opener) happens at enrichment time, not send time. Your SDRs or your automation reviews the opener, not the research.

Enrich your lead list through SS OS
Pull leads from Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, your CRM — or SS OS intelligence sourcing. Route them through SS OS enrichment. For each validated lead, SS OS returns: verified email, fit score, detected stack, displacement angle, and opener draft.
Export enriched leads with the opener field
From SS OS, export the enriched CSV or push via webhook. Include the ssos_opener field — this becomes your personalization variable in Instantly. Map it to a custom column like {{opener}} or {{first_line}}.
Import to Instantly and map the personalization field
Upload your enriched list to Instantly. In your sequence, reference {{opener}} (or whatever you named it) as the first line of your email. The tech-specific personalization is already written — you just pick whether to use it or edit it.
Segment by fit score for sequence tiering
Import high-fit leads (ssos_fit_score >= 75) to your premium sequence — shorter, more direct, manual touches. Mid-fit (50–74) to your standard automated flow. This one filter typically 2–3x reply rates on the high-fit tier.
Feed replies back to SS OS as outcome signals
When an Instantly campaign reply converts (or dies), tag the outcome in SS OS. These conversions train your buyer model — so next month's enrichment pull scores more like what your Instantly campaigns have actually proven to work.
