Buyer model seeded from Pipedrive deal history
On first connection, SS OS reads your Pipedrive Won and Lost deals and trains the initial buyer model. Pipedrive's deal history often goes back years — the model gets a rich initial training set without any manual setup.
Fit score as a Pipedrive filter
Once ssos_fit_score is a Pipedrive Organization field, use it in list views and filters: show only organizations with fit >= 70, or sort your pipeline by fit score to surface the highest-priority opportunities.
Step-by-step
Connect Pipedrive and create organization fields
In SS OS settings, authorize your Pipedrive account. SS OS creates ssos_* custom fields on the Organization object via the Pipedrive API.
Seed buyer model from Won/Lost deals
Click Analyze CRM. SS OS reads your Won and Lost deal history, maps them to organizations, and extracts the firmographic and stack patterns that correlate with your closes. The buyer model gets its first training batch from real data.
Enrich your Pipedrive organization list
Export a Pipedrive organization CSV or use the push integration. SS OS enriches each org with stack detection and fit scoring, then writes the results back to the ssos_* fields.
Filter and prioritize your pipeline by fit score
Create a Pipedrive filter: ssos_fit_score >= 70 AND stage = Qualified. This is your high-priority queue. Schedule the manual touches here first, let automation handle the rest.
