Outreach sequences burn deliverability when contacts bounce. SS OS validates email deliverability before any credit is charged — so every contact entering your Outreach sequences has a verified email. Lower bounce rate, cleaner domain reputation.
Fit score for sequence routing
Add ssos_fit_score as an Outreach prospect field. Build sequence rules: fit >= 75 gets your high-touch, manually reviewed sequence; 50–74 gets the standard automated flow. One enrichment pass, intelligent sequence routing.
Step-by-step
Enrich your prospect list through SS OS
Start with any lead source — Apollo, ZoomInfo, a CRM export, SS OS intelligence sourcing. Route through SS OS enrichment. Each validated record comes back with: verified email, fit score, detected stack, displacement angle, opener draft.
Export enriched CSV with the opener and fit score
Download the SS OS-enriched CSV. Include ssos_opener and ssos_fit_score columns. These become custom fields on import to Outreach.
Import to Outreach and map custom fields
Import the CSV to Outreach. Map ssos_opener to a custom prospect field (e.g., "AI Opener") and ssos_fit_score to another. In your email template, reference {{AI Opener}} as the first line.
Build sequence rules on fit score
Create Outreach sequence rules: prospects with AI Fit Score >= 75 go to your Tier 1 sequence (shorter, more direct, manual step at touch 3). Prospects with 50–74 go to Tier 2 (longer, more automated). Below 50 — suppressed.
