Beta pricing shown for modeling — final launch pricing may change.

You only pay for the accounts worth working.

A slot is a best-fit account — the ones the score tells you to put a rep on. Everything else rides free.

How it works

A slot is a strong or moderate-fit account

Only accounts that score as a strong or moderate match to your best customers take one of your 500 slots. Those are the accounts worth working — the ones the score tells you to put a rep on.

How it works

Weak and unknown accounts are free

Accounts that score weak, or that we cannot fit yet, never take a slot and never hit your bill. You only spend a slot on an account the model says is worth your time.

How it works

Outgrow your slots? Add a pack

Need to track more best-fit accounts than your base allows? Add 100 slots for $25/mo. Packs stack, so you scale slots without changing plans.

How it works

We score what you own — we never sell records

StackSignal is not a list vendor. We do not sell you contacts; we score the accounts already in your CRM. That is the difference from Apollo or ZoomInfo, and it is why there is no data-redistribution problem to inherit.

One Lead Score, three signals, trained on your wins.

The outcome is the accounts you already own that match your best customers. The engine behind it is a buyer model that learns from your actual conversions.

  • Layer 1

    Stack Maturity

The software an account runs — breadth across categories and depth of investment, including the technology graph of what your winners run.

  • Layer 2

    Buying Signals

Timing plus voice-of-customer — funding, hiring, growth, and what buyers actually said on calls and in CRM notes.

  • Layer 3

    ICP Match

Fit against your trained buyer model — built on closed-won AND closed-lost, so it knows what converts and what doesn't.

  • Result

    One Lead Score

Explainable — see why an account scored what it did. The model sharpens every month as it learns your conversions.

The honest pricing FAQ.

  • What does StackSignal actually do?

Connect your CRM and StackSignal studies your closed-won and closed-lost, then surfaces the accounts you already own that match your best customers — scored, ranked, and ready to work. The aha is a number: how many accounts in your CRM look like your wins, and how much pipeline you are not working yet.

  • How does pricing work?

Start free: the full product, capped at 25 tracked account slots. When you outgrow that, $99/mo unlocks 500 tracked account slots. A slot is only consumed by a strong or moderate-fit account — the accounts worth working. Weak and unknown accounts are free. If you need to track more best-fit accounts, add 100 slots for $25/mo, and packs stack.

  • What counts as a tracked slot?

Only strong and moderate-fit accounts consume a slot. Those are the accounts the score says match your best customers and are worth a rep's time. Weak-fit and unknown accounts cost nothing — you are never billed for an account the model says to skip. Your base plan includes 500 slots.

  • Is this a lead list I am buying?

No. StackSignal is not a list vendor and does not sell records. We score the CRM you already own against a buyer model trained on your actual conversions. That is the difference from Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Clay — and it is why there is no data-redistribution problem to inherit.

  • How is each account scored?

Three layers combine into one Lead Score: Stack Maturity reads the software an account runs, Buying Signals reads timing and what buyers said, and ICP Match reads similarity to your actual wins. Every score is explainable — you can see why an account scored what it did, down to the signals behind it. The buyer model behind it trains on your conversions and sharpens every month.

  • Why are seats free?

Because the price is the accounts you track, not the chairs at the table. Add your whole team to the workspace — a bigger team just means more people working the same scored accounts, never a bigger bill per head.
