Internal BI Dashboard
Real vs seed filtering. Funnel analysis. Password-gated.
Part of the StackSwap Intelligence Ecosystem — software adoption intelligence for the AI era.
What Is the StackSwap Internal BI Dashboard?
The Internal BI Dashboard is a password-gated analytics view used by the StackSwap team to monitor lead flow, conversion funnel, and stack analysis quality. It connects to the same Supabase data layer as the product and supports filtering by source: real (organic, stackscan, ai_gtm_engine) vs seed (synthetic_gtm_data_seeder, seeder). Metrics include total leads, leads with tools entered, email capture rate, and analysis completion. Funnel steps and tool adoption charts help prioritize product and growth efforts. Access is restricted by a simple key so the dashboard is not exposed to the public.
How It Fits the StackSwap Intelligence Ecosystem
The dashboard consumes the same stack_analyses and leads tables that power StackSignal and the StackScan. By separating real vs seed data in the UI, the team can judge true traction and quality of submissions while still using seed data for demos. The design reinforces the principle that seed data is always identifiable and separable from production data.
Why This Matters for Operations and Trust
Transparent internal analytics support honest reporting and product decisions. Stakeholders can see exactly how the platform segments synthetic from organic data, which builds trust in the integrity of public-facing metrics and recommendations.
