GTM Report Template

The GTM report is a multi-page (e.g. 10-page) dark-mode HTML report generated by the StackScan. It includes sections for executive summary, stack score and health, overlap and upgrade recommendations, recommended stack, ICP and buyer summary, and narrative strategy. The report is produced by a TypeScript generator that maps analysis results and form context into a single report model, then renders HTML suitable for in-browser view and PDF export. The template is designed for readability and print/PDF so users can share or archive the output.

The report is the main deliverable of the StackScan. It consumes output from StackScan (score, overlaps, upgrades), StackBuilder (recommended stack), and the company/context form. The same data is stored in stack_analyses and tool_swaps so StackSignal and internal tools can aggregate it. The template and generator are modular so sections can be added or reordered without changing the data pipeline.
