Brokerage Diagnostic UX

The Brokerage Diagnostic is a Paperless-branded front end that uses the StackScan analysis engine to benchmark a brokerage's tool stack. Users enter brokerage name, team size, transactions per month, budget, current tools, goals, and challenges. The app runs the same overlap and upgrade logic as StackScan, then presents results in a story-driven format: workflow map, benchmark comparison, cost savings, and recommended stack. The UX includes gated steps and an AI-style "thinking" overlay to create a guided, narrative experience suitable for broker and admin audiences.

The diagnostic is a vertical application of StackScan: same engine, different packaging and copy. It writes to the same data layer (with appropriate source tagging) and demonstrates how StackSwap can power white-label or industry-specific analyzers. The results cards and narrative are tuned for real estate terminology and pain points.

Brokerages evaluating transaction management and stack consolidation need a clear, credible diagnostic. The Brokerage Diagnostic UX shows how StackSwap can deliver that without building a separate analysis product.
