GTM OS
Own your GTM motion — don’t rent it.
A self-hosted GTM system you own, not rent. One cockpit that runs your whole go-to-market — outbound and inbound email, your trial-to-paid pipeline, demand signals, the companies on your site, SEO, analytics, and ads — on your own keys and domain. It syncs your CRM; it doesn’t replace it. It’s in build now.

A look inside
A peek at the GTM OS cockpit — representative view, illustrative data.
The problem
You’re renting your entire go-to-market
Right now your go-to-market is a rack of tools you rent by the seat. The sequencer, the enrichment, the visitor ID, the analytics, the dashboards — every one a monthly login, every one holding your data on someone else’s server.
Then the AI wave hits. Agents start running the motion — and you find out you don’t own any of the system they’re running. You rent it, one vendor at a time, and the bill only goes up.
What’s inside
One cockpit you own outright
GTM OS is the resolution: a simple self-hosted app on your keys and your domain — not another subscription. Here’s what it runs.
- 01
Outbound + inbound, your keys. Lead-gen, enrichment, sequencing, and AI reply-drafting — running on your own API keys, not a per-seat plan that meters you.
- 02
The revenue cockpit. Trial → activated → paid, MRR, churn risk, and the next play to run, in one view. It syncs Intercom / HubSpot; it doesn’t replace your CRM.
- 03
Demand capture. Scored buying-intent signals, plus the companies visiting your site de-anonymized into named accounts to reach.
- 04
One pane for visibility. SEO audits + Search Console, GA4 analytics, and ad spend — under the same roof, instead of a row of dashboards you rent monthly.
- 05
Self-hosted and yours. A simple Node app (Express + SQLite) on your own keys and domain. Edit every line, ship your own changes, point your own AI at it. You own the system, not a login.
What it doesn’t do
GTM OS unifies a lot, but it isn’t your system-of-record CRM, a dialer, or a scheduler. It syncs your CRM (Intercom / HubSpot) — it doesn’t replace it. And it’s a simple self-hosted Node app, not a hosted SaaS or a no-code builder. It’s in build now, and early access opens in small cohorts — the list is how you get in first.
Why trust this
No customer logos. Here’s the real proof.
Built by an operator, in the open
10+ years in B2B SaaS GTM, BDR to Head of Revenue. GTM OS is the system I’m building to run my own motion — in public, not a pitch deck.
The free tools already work
StackScan, the AEO Audit, the MCP, StackBuilder — they’re live and free right now, and they’re the foundation GTM OS is built on. Judge the bar yourself before you join.
You’ll own the source, not a seat
It’s a real Node app you self-host. Read every line, change what you want, keep your data on your keys. No vendor lock-in, no per-seat meter.

While you wait
Start with the free tools
The free tools are the diagnostic on-ramp — they show you what your stack costs and where it leaks. Use them now; GTM OS is where you own the fix.
The operators who own their motion are going to eat. The ones renting it, one vendor at a time, will wonder where their pipeline went. Join the waitlist.
